Responsibilities include navigating tax software, addressing technical issues, answering tax related questions, preparing returns, documenting customer interactions, and delivering a high quality customer experience throughout the tax filing process.
Supports the sales team through daily outreach, customer interaction, and value added projects. This role offers exposure to Hilti’s software products and provides hands on experience supporting the sales process, making it a strong opportunity for those interested in future full time growth.
This temporary role supports the administration of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans. Responsibilities include system processing such as benefit enrollments, life event changes, data audits, and ensuring accuracy across benefits related records. The position is expected to last approximately 12 to 18 months.
